We are looking for by arrangement a: n telephone operator, but even more a new team member to achieve success together.

Can you answer the majority of the following questions with "Yes"? Then you could be exactly the person we are looking for.
Since our product has a certain complexity, it cannot be sold over the phone. We are looking for people with the ability to schedule appointments with potential customers for our consulting team. Do you already have solid experience in telephone appointment scheduling?
What the farmer doesn't know...! Many customers initially have an excuse ready. Are you persistent and stay charmingly engaged with the customer?
In acquiring new customers, our rejection rate is over 25%. So you will experience rejection 7 out of 10 calls. Decent, but nonetheless rejection. Can you handle No’s?
We are a dynamic team, often think "Out of the box!" and optimize our website, a conversation guide, or create a new service overnight based on employee or customer feedback. Are you eager to actively contribute and flexible enough to quickly implement optimizations in daily life?

Whether by phone or email, we communicate often and usually with middle or upper management. For your success, it is important that you master the German language in both spoken and written form flawlessly.
