Your tasks:

• Independent processing of residential, commercial, and industrial buildings in planning and realization as a generalist
• Communication with clients, authorities, and offices
• Leading the planning team with coordination of specialist planners
• Organization and processing of CAD models, plan data, and files
• Plan processing from project development to completion in a team
• Supporting the construction management or taking on construction management as needed
• Adhering to and monitoring requirements and targets
  

Your profile:

• Basic training in the construction industry with further education as an architect or construction technician
• Experience in leading planning teams
• Experience in execution and detail planning
• Interest in realization and implementation
• Targeted, precise, and solution-oriented working method
• Quick comprehension
• Flexibility
