Our recruiting experts explain why the time factor reduces recruiting resources per position.
The position is online on the chosen platform and still at a bargain price. But it gets even better; the ad seems to be effective, resulting in a flood of application dossiers. However, reality quickly sets in at the recruiting department. The quality of the dossiers leaves much to be desired. The effort and time required to review the dossiers and write rejections are enormous. These costs are not negligible.
But how can you minimize the effort in recruiting? We all know the saying that quality comes at a price. This principle also applies to contemporary recruiting. If I want to reduce the expenses per position, one must not only consider the costs of generating reach but also the time required to process the incoming dossiers.
Qualitative reach may be slightly more expensive at first but significantly reduces recruiting time, so that in the end, recruiting costs per position can be reduced.
