You will remain with us as a Specialist Responsible Nurse at Haus Niesenblick starting December 2026 or by agreement, part-time or full-time

In our innovative senior center, we organize ourselves according to the tripod principle. At the group living level, this means that a group living manager is responsible for management tasks such as work planning, employee discussions, etc. As the specialist responsible person, you are in charge of the professional leadership, and the third leg is vocational training.

Your Ball:

• You work in direct care and take on daily responsibility. You have office days to fulfill your professional and leadership tasks and take on house responsibility.

• You are responsible for ensuring competent and tailored care and support at Haus Niesenblick with 43 residents. You will be supported by Intercare nurses.

• You advise the team professionally and provide support in complex situations.

• Together with the other specialists, the subject expert, and the Intercare nurses, you are responsible for the further development, assurance, and evaluation of care quality in the house.

• You are responsible for the care needs assessments according to RAI in your living group, and you take the lead in professionally shaping this process and the documentation in careCoach at the departmental level.

Your Basic Technique for the Ball Game:

• Joy in working with elderly people and in a diverse team.

• A tertiary education as a nursing specialist.

• Experience in long-term care, ideally also with careCoach and RAI or the willingness to further educate yourself in these areas.

• Professional, social, and leadership skills with a committed attitude and preferably a good dose of humor.
