The position

• As a manager, you will lead the workshop, supervise and develop a team of 3 mechanics.

• You will ensure the administrative management of the workshop (quotes, orders, invoicing, SAP, tool management).

• You will also perform maintenance, repair, and diagnostic work on construction machinery as well as maintenance of our clients' machines and our rental fleet.

Your profile

• You have a degree in construction machinery mechanics, agricultural machinery, or heavy vehicles.

• You have several years of professional experience in the repair and maintenance of technical devices.

• You already have experience in team management.

• You are comfortable and have experience in preparing quotes, invoicing, and are proficient in using computer systems, ideally with knowledge of SAP.

• You know how to work in a team, you enjoy having responsibilities.

• You appreciate direct contact with clients and are commercially savvy.

• Category B driving license (car).
