Then you are exactly right with us! To strengthen our dedicated management team in Zurich, we are looking for an initiative and competent personality as Senior Property Manager starting on March 1, 2027 or by agreement, and perhaps you are the right person for this!

Your area of responsibility

You will take on an exciting and responsible role and be responsible for managing a diverse and interesting real estate portfolio.

Your main tasks:

• Manage an attractive real estate portfolio (residential and commercial)

• Ensure the maintenance of the properties

• Independently handle budgeting and budget control

• Prepare reports and condition reports

• Determine market rents and carry out annual planning

• Rent, take over, and hand over rental properties

• Accompany and support complete renovations and new construction projects

• Be the contact person for owners, tenants, authorities, craftsmen, and caretakers

• Implement changes to rental contracts and rents

• Professionally lead a clerk

What you bring

• Several years of experience as a property manager with independent management of a portfolio – this is central for this position

• Solid practical experience in tenancy law as well as in the management of residential and commercial properties

• Commercial basic training with further education in the real estate sector (e.g., FA Real Estate Management)

• Proficient use of MS Office and ideally experience with REM or GARAIO REM

• Strong customer and service orientation

• Professional appearance, team spirit, and very good manners
