Around 20 dedicated construction management experts are advancing projects with us. For our location in Basel, we are looking for someone who is proactive, takes responsibility, and is eager for new challenges.

Your area of responsibility

• You lead demanding renovation and conversion projects from execution to commissioning

• You are responsible for the tendering and awarding process

• You create the scheduling and coordinate the entire construction process

• You keep costs under control at all times and ensure timely and quality implementation

• You are the central point of contact for clients, planners, and contractors

What you bring

• This exciting role is aimed at experienced construction professionals. You have further training as a construction manager, architect (FH/ETH), or construction technician and bring experience in construction and project management

• You think entrepreneurially, are committed, and enjoy working independently and goal-oriented

• With your convincing communication skills, you easily motivate all parties involved to achieve common goals

• You are well acquainted with construction administration and scheduling programs as well as MS Office
