For our site at Sihlquai in Zurich, with the possibility of remote work, we are looking for a committed, service-oriented, and responsible person to fill the following position.

Your tasks

• Independent processing of claims in the field of personal insurance (LAA, individual accident insurance, and daily allowances in case of illness)

• Responsible for all activities related to file processing, from receiving the claim declaration to settling the claim

• Advice and assistance to insured persons and follow-up on medical treatment

• Legal evaluation of coverage and recourse issues, decision-making

• Settlement of claims

• Point of contact for clients and brokers in French and German

• Contacts with lawyers, doctors, and experts in French and German

Your skills

• Basic commercial training (CFC)

• Professional experience in the field of personal insurance

• Initiative spirit and dynamic personality, quick-wittedness, and ability to think networked

• High availability and customer orientation

• Communication skills and social competencies

• Very good oral and written expression in French, German, and/or Italian is an asset
