Your Craft

You enjoy taking on the technical and personnel leadership of our employees in the workshop.
Every day you are planning, organizing, and coordinating the ongoing production.
Your responsibilities also include ensuring quality requirements and work instructions, promoting occupational safety, as well as implementing improvement measures.
In close collaboration with project management, production planning, design, and assembly, you ensure efficient and timely order processing.

Your Foundation

You have training in the field of steel construction, metal construction, plant or apparatus engineering, and can demonstrate further education as a Workshop Manager, Metal Master, Welding Specialist, or Metal Engineering Technician HF.
Thanks to your several years of practical professional experience and your organizational talent, you always keep an overview of multiple ongoing projects.
You understand leadership not as control, but as responsibility and treat employees with respect, consistency, fairness, technical competence, and common sense.
A high awareness of quality, cost, and deadlines is part of your characteristics.
