Property Manager who is convincing with expertise, initiative, and joy in the real estate industry.
Your Job
Independent management of a diverse real estate portfolio
Support and advice for owners, tenants, and other stakeholders
Organization and execution of apartment viewings, handovers, and inspections
Creation and management of rental contracts as well as processing of terminations
Coordination and monitoring of maintenance and repair work
Collaboration with craftsmen, caretakers, and external service providers
Processing general administrative tasks related to property management
Your Profile
Commercial basic training, ideally with further education in property management
Professional experience in the real estate industry, preferably in management
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
Enjoyment in dealing with people and a pronounced service orientation
Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and a confident demeanor
Good IT user knowledge (preferably PROPbase)
Team spirit, sense of responsibility, and a healthy dose of humor
