What to expect

• In a decentralized living group, you will accompany and support the residents individually in the pedagogical and care areas.

• When designing their everyday life and leisure, you will orient yourself to their personal wishes, abilities, and needs.

• You will specifically recognize and promote individual resources. In doing so, you strengthen the residents in shaping their lives as independently and responsibly as possible.

• Together with the residents, you create space for personal development and growth.

• You will actively bring your professional experience into everyday care and teamwork.

• Close collaboration with internal and external professionals is also part of your daily work.

What you bring

• You have completed training as a Specialist in Care, specializing in people with disabilities, or have a social pedagogy qualification.

• Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in supporting people with cognitive disabilities in the residential sector.

• Flexible and irregular working hours as well as split shifts can be easily reconciled with your everyday life.

• Organizational skills, flexibility, and reliability characterize you. In addition, you work independently and responsibly.

• Even in demanding situations, you remain physically and mentally resilient and keep an overview.

• Good IT user skills, and ideally you also have a driver's license.
