For our event team, we are looking for an experienced and highly organized personality who will accompany our national and international events from the first idea to successful implementation and take responsibility.
What to expect:
Exciting tasks await you:
Planning, conception, and implementation of national and international events
Responsibility for the event process, from the first idea through organization to follow-up
Management of budgets, timelines, and resources
Selection, coordination, and support of venues, service providers, and external partners
Coordination of project teams and close collaboration with internal stakeholders
Development of creative event concepts and unique participant experiences
Ensuring a professional and smooth process on-site
Conducting site visits and corresponding travel planning
Analysis and evaluation of conducted events based on feedback, KPIs, and reporting
Creation and maintenance of event documentation as well as setup and support of digital events
Maintenance of our event pages and conducting relevant evaluations in SAP
Support and representation of the team lead Event
You bring a lot:
Event management experience in the network marketing industry
Very good German and French language skills, both written and spoken; English and Italian skills are an advantage
Experience in independently planning and executing larger events
Management of budgets, timelines, and resources
Analysis and evaluation of conducted events based on feedback, KPIs, and reporting
Strong organizational talent and a structured, reliable working style
Enjoy taking responsibility and keeping multiple topics in view simultaneously
Creativity and a good sense for events that excite people
Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor towards internal and external contacts
Solution-oriented and pragmatic working style, even when there are short-term changes
Proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge and experience with project management tools are an advantage
Driver's license category B
Willingness to travel regularly domestically and internationally, primarily in the DACH region
