Technical Sales Clerk (m/f/d) 60-100%

Your Tasks

• Direct support of the sales manager in daily operations

• Administrative and operational support of the sales team as well as project collaboration

• Active lead generation and initial acquisition of potential new customers

• Competent technical and commercial customer consulting including technical clarifications with internal and external specialists

• Independent creation and processing of offers, coordination with internal specialist departments, and follow-up with customers

• Creation of appointment, sales, and customer statistics

• Planning, organizing, and participating in trade fairs including budget management

• Assistance in the onboarding of new sales employees

Your Profile

• Basic education in electrical engineering (electrician, automation technician, etc.) and commercial further education (e.g., technical merchant)

• Experience in internal sales or in a comparable assistant role (ideally in a technical environment) is an advantage

• Technical understanding and interest in electrical engineering or energy measurement technology

• Enjoyment of telephone customer contact as well as active acquisition and appointment scheduling

• Fluent German skills, French skills are an advantage

• Good IT user knowledge (MS Office, especially Excel and OneNote)

• Team player and enjoyment of cross-departmental collaboration

• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
