... have completed a commercial or comparable basic education.
... have professional experience in the Swiss health, social, or private insurance sector and bring a good understanding of its structures and challenges.
... have completed training or further education in the field of vocational education or adult education or bring comparable practical experience.
... know the Swiss educational landscape and ideally have experience in the development and implementation of courses or in examination processes.
... are enthusiastic about modern education and enjoy further developing existing offerings and implementing new ideas.
... have a high digital affinity and are interested in innovative learning forms and the use of AI in education.
... work independently, structured, and solution-oriented and keep an overview even with multiple parallel tasks.
