The Aufdorf Garage Männedorf is the competence center for VW passenger cars on the right side of Lake Zurich. We are an innovative company with modern infrastructure. To strengthen our team in Männedorf, we are looking for a motivated and team-oriented Customer Service Advisor / Service Advisor (m/f/d) 50 – 80%, starting from 01.01.2027 or by arrangement.

Your area of responsibility

• Professional support of our customers throughout the entire service process. From appointment scheduling to vehicle handover

• Recording and processing of workshop orders until billing

• Ensuring a smooth order process and optimal utilization of the mechanics

• Identifying customer needs and advising on suitable additional services and service offers

• Creating cost estimates for customers and orders for the workshop

• Ensuring high customer satisfaction

• Coordinating replacement vehicles

• Compiling invoices including competent explanations to customers

Your backpack

For this exciting and varied activity, you bring a completed training as a customer service advisor or experience in customer service in the automotive industry.
If you can also demonstrate the following, you are our candidate:

• Driving license category B

• Confident handling of IT systems

• Technical understanding
