• Participation-oriented support for our residents

• Work as a coordination person, development planning in dialogue

• Practical guidance for trainees in training (AGS, FABE, SP)

• Contributing to a participation- and development-oriented life and daily design

• Maintaining client documentation (with the IT solution "easyDOK")

• Administering, controlling, and dispensing medications

• Leading visits and reports

• Responsibility for constructive, systemic collaboration

• Completed training as a Social Educator

• High social competence, independence, flexibility, and personal responsibility

• Balanced personality characterized by confidence

• Security/experience in dealing with (psychiatric) emergency situations and with people with challenging behaviors

• Joy in relationship work, preferably shaped through shared experiences

• Interest in a long-term commitment in a respectful environment
