Your Profile

• You have completed training as a construction manager, technician HF in civil engineering, or an equivalent qualification successfully

• Several years of construction management experience with diverse and demanding projects in civil engineering

• Independent working style, assertiveness, team player

Your Challenges

• Supervision of demanding general contractor/trade contractor buildings comprehensively until handover in a turnkey condition

• Responsibility for local construction management

• Responsible for organizing the construction process and scheduling

• Support in the awarding process

• As a contact person, you are available to external and internal clients, architects, specialist planners, authorities, contractors, and craftsmen
