Your Craft

• You create market, competition, and location analyses and develop usage, marketing, and real estate strategies.

• You independently develop real estate projects, primarily with rental and ownership apartments, from the first idea to the legally valid building permit.

• You enjoy conducting quality assurance procedures, participation events, and supporting the creation of planning instruments (ZPP / UeO).

• You prepare precise economic calculations and decision bases in scenarios and present them confidently and appropriately to the audience.

• As a communicative hub, you maintain and expand your network in partnership with authorities, owners, investors, planners, and other relevant stakeholders.

Your Foundation

• You bring several years of experience in the development of areas and larger real estate projects.

• You have completed your architecture studies with further training in the development and/or real estate sector.

• You know the planning and building law of the Canton of Bern and/or neighboring cantons from practice.

• You feel comfortable in interdisciplinary teams, appreciate personal responsibility, communicate sensitively, and are committed to innovative and sustainable construction projects.

• Thanks to your structured, solution-oriented, and reliable working style, you maintain an overview even in demanding projects.
