Your tasks - here you can unleash your potential

• You plan, design, and evaluate therapeutic activation offerings and a varied daily structure - individually and in groups.

• You orient yourself to the interests and resources and individual wishes of the residents.

• You bring activation to where life takes place: to the bed, the workshop, the fitness room, or wherever encounters are happening.

• You promote self-determination, existing skills, social participation, and personal development.

• You work closely with the living groups and other professional areas and bring your expertise into the everyday life of pflegimuri.
