Your tasks:

• Conceptual creation of projects in the planning phase

• Leading internal project teams

• Ensuring qualitative and cost-efficient project processing

• Ensuring contract fulfillment

• Coordination between the office and external stakeholders

• Securing the interface for subsequent planning phases

• Legal assurance of the approval capability of construction projects

Your skills:

• Experience in the SIA 102 phases and in project management

• Independent project management

• Leadership experience and good communication skills

• Reliability, resilience, and commitment

• Good knowledge of ArchiCAD

• Fluent German in spoken and written form
