Your Tasks

• Leading projects in collaboration with clients, authorities, and specialist planners

• Managing the internal project team

• Coordination between the office and external stakeholders, ensuring interfaces

• Ensuring qualitative and cost-efficient project processing

• Ensuring contract fulfillment

• Ensuring the required execution quality, adherence to deadlines, and costs

• You are responsible for compliance with the regulations, standards, and guidelines recognized in Switzerland for construction

Your Skills

• Several years of experience in execution planning (phases SIA 102)

• Independent project management and coordination of internal and external project teams

• Leadership experience and good communication skills

• Reliability, resilience, and commitment

• Good knowledge of ArchiCAD

• Fluent German in spoken and written form
