The area of aging and care of the city of Winterthur offers a diverse range of services primarily for older people through Spitex and in the five senior centers.
For Spitex Stadt Winterthur, we are looking for committed and responsible personalities starting from November 1, 2026, or by agreement.
Your Tasks
Ensuring the care process for our clients
Taking on case responsibility
Analyzing complex care and support situations
Clarifying and coordinating necessary internal and external services
Your Profile
Degree as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH
Experience in Spitex preferred
Independent and responsible working style
Proficient in using IT programs (MS Office, possibly RAI-HC)
Mobile by bike and in possession of a driver's license
