... analyze extensive service and cost data from the Swiss healthcare system and develop statistical methods and models for cost-effectiveness analysis and tariff controlling.

... create meaningful analyses, reports, and visualizations and prepare complex results in an understandable way for different stakeholders.

... work in interdisciplinary projects with experts from data analysis, medicine, and law and support technical clarifications as well as negotiations and court proceedings with data-based analyses.

... actively shape the further development of our methods and products and maintain the exchange with our customers and partners.

... contribute to an affordable healthcare system.

... have a master's degree in economics, data science, or a comparable quantitative field.

... have at least two years of professional experience in data analysis or applied research.

... have solid knowledge of statistical methods and are proficient in at least one programming language for data analysis such as R, Python, or Stata.

... work in a structured and careful manner, are a team player, and have a good entrepreneurial sense.

... are flexible, dynamic, and open to actively shaping change processes.

... communicate confidently in German or French and have good knowledge of the other language.
