Your Tasks

• Technical and personnel leadership of employees in assembly

• Ensuring timely and efficient order processing

• Planning and optimal deployment of employees, production resources, and tools

• Support and active participation in the assembly teams

• Ensuring quality requirements in the assembly of solenoid valves and blow blocks

• Promotion and further development of employees

• Participation in the introduction of new products and the establishment of new assembly workplaces

• Ensuring compliance with assembly processes and EKAS guidelines

• Continuous optimization of assembly processes (Lean methods)

Your Profile
That's why you are the right person

• Technical basic training (e.g., polymechanic, production mechanic, electromechanic, or comparable)

• Several years of experience in the assembly of an industrial company

• First leadership experience is an advantage

• Knowledge in electrical engineering and pneumatics is an advantage

• Good MS Office skills

• Structured, solution-oriented, and independent working style

• High flexibility, resilience, and reliability

• Team-oriented personality with appreciative communication
