We are looking for people with personality, expertise, and energy – recognized specialists as well as committed social pedagogues who want to take the next step with passion, courage, and a willingness to learn.

What do you bring?

A positive attitude, reflective ability, resilience, flexibility, and humor – and the willingness to engage with complex situations. A diploma from a university of applied sciences (FH) or higher vocational school (HF) in social work / social pedagogy and a willingness to continue your education are prerequisites.

You will create a high-quality, theory-guided, and at the same time practical framework in which children and adolescents can find stability, development opportunities, and perspectives even in extraordinary life situations.
