• Together with your team, you will process OCR-processed invoice data (Optical Character Recognition) from digital and physical incoming channels.

• You plan and coordinate personnel resources, supporting your employees in their professional and personal development.

• You create the conditions for efficient collaboration and ensure high quality standards.

• You support your team as needed in daily operations and ensure a smooth process in the areas of QA and OCR invoice processing.

• In close collaboration with the Product Owner (PO), you identify optimization potentials, formulate requirements, and accompany their successful implementation.

• You have several years of leadership experience dealing with different personalities, generations, and cultures.

• As a leader, you convince with your clear, empathetic, and reliable leadership style.

• You have completed a commercial training and furthered your education in the business field.

• You enjoy getting involved in daily operations and handle the repetitive nature of tasks confidently in your leadership role.

• You like working with data and are proficient in creating evaluations - especially with Excel.
