The Foundation Life in Old Age Herisau is home to over 250 elderly people. At the three locations Heinrichsbad, Ebnet, and Dreilinden, around 260 employees shape the daily life in our houses. Your demanding and varied tasks:

• You accompany the residents with heart, expertise, and a touch of humor in their home and take responsibility for their individual care and support.

• With your expertise and appreciative manner, you shape the care process professionally and needs-oriented and bring your nursing expertise to bear purposefully.

• You regularly take on daily responsibility and support your team with commitment and joy.

• You promote an appreciative, interdisciplinary collaboration and contribute to achieving the best for the residents together.

• You have a choice: you work in the morning and evening shifts until 9:15 PM or choose an exclusive night shift.

Our requirements:

• You have completed training as a dipl. nursing specialist HF or an equivalent qualification with a diploma recognized in Switzerland.

• You bring professional experience in long-term care and enjoy accompanying and caring for elderly people.

• You have experience with nursing documentation ePDoc and ideally are familiar with RAI LTCF, and you navigate confidently in digital documentation.

• You have very good oral and written German skills, ideally at level C1.

• You are a team player and contribute to good collaboration with your reliable and appreciative manner.
