Project Manager Building Construction 80–100 %

Your tasks

• Planning, monitoring, and controlling demanding construction projects across all project phases

• Management and control of quality, costs, and deadlines

• Leading and coordinating project teams and the commissioned external planners, specialists, and companies

• Project controlling and reporting

• Administration and document maintenance

• Functioning as a contact person for all project participants

Your profile

• University/FH degree in civil engineering

• Several years of experience in project management of construction projects

• In-depth knowledge of Swiss construction standards and guidelines

• Entrepreneurial thinking, independent working style, and pronounced communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
