Caretaker with federal certificate of proficiency

The facility management is essentially responsible for the maintenance and cleaning of the school facilities in our community. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a

Facility Manager with federal certificate (80–100 %)

The field of work includes:

• Responsibility for the technical maintenance of the assigned school facilities

• Participation in planning and budgeting as well as responsible for control in their own area of expertise

• Participation in building cleaning

• Participation in landscaping and gardening work

• Handling events for external customers in the school facilities

• Participation in renovations and new constructions, as well as acquisitions

• Periodic evening and weekend on-call duties at sports and cultural events

Our requirements:

• Craft-based basic training with a qualification as a Facility Manager with federal certificate and professional experience

• IT user knowledge in MS Office and Axioma

• Pleasant manners, independent working style, high social competence, and enjoyment of teamwork with children, adolescents, and adults

• Assertiveness
