Your main tasks

• You support the management of the Business Area Work + Living

• You coordinate the task allocation in the support of the Business Area Work + Living and take on the professional responsibility in a two-person team

• You participate in various administrative projects and shape the further development of the area innovatively and proactively

• You create presentations and process documentation and handle correspondence

• You take minutes and are responsible for the preparation and follow-up of meetings

• You are responsible for the master data collection of the Business Area as well as the monthly reporting.

• You organize workshops and events

• You actively contribute to the further development and optimization of workflows and processes

You bring the following

• Commercial basic training

• Several years of experience in a comparable function

• Proficiency in the MS Office suite as well as experience in master data maintenance

• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style

• Organizational talent as well as independent thinking and action

• Enjoyment of collaborative work within the Work + Living team

• Access to people with disabilities
