Operational Buyer (m/f/d) 60%

Your Tasks

• Triggering and monitoring orders

• Tracking and ensuring delivery dates

• Obtaining and comparing offers

• Maintaining purchasing and supplier master data

• Processing order confirmations

• Coordination with production, logistics, and suppliers

• Support with complaints and delivery discrepancies

• Monitoring inventory levels and material availability

• Participation in cost optimizations

• Maintaining and ordering materials for Kanban items

• Ordering components for interfaces

Your Profile

• Commercial or technical basic training; further training in purchasing is an advantage

• Experience in operational purchasing of an industrial company

• Solid IT skills and ERP software (ABAS is an advantage)

• Structured and independent working style

• Strong communication skills & negotiation skills in German and English

• Networked thinking & flexibility

• Good planning, organizational & coordination skills
