Focus on Personnel Management
The Stiftung Bühl is one of the leading institutions in the support of children and adolescents with complex support needs. With the Therapeutic Residential School Group (TWSG), we have a specialized, interdisciplinary offering that has proven itself in practice and is continuously being developed further. Our TWSG is aimed at children and adolescents aged approximately 10 to 15 years. School, living, and therapy work under one roof and with a common mission.
What does TWSG mean in everyday life?
School, living, and therapy think together – and not just when things get complicated. We work with children and adolescents with complex support needs, with a lot of expertise, clear structures, close collaboration, and occasionally also with humor. A completely ordinary workday is rather the exception here.
How is the leadership organized?
The TWSG is led in shared responsibility by two co-leaders. Both share responsibility for overall development, the quality of the offering, and the collaboration of the various professions. Within this shared responsibility, there are different focuses:
One co-leader primarily takes on the pedagogical-professional leadership and overall professional responsibility.
The second co-leader primarily takes on personnel management and closely supports the employees and teams in everyday life.
For this position, we are looking for a personality who enjoys working with people, is present, provides orientation, and also leads decisively in challenging situations.
Your Profile
You have a qualification at the HF or FH level in social education, social work, or a comparable recognized field. You bring leadership skills, clarity, conflict resolution abilities, and a confident approach to challenging situations.
You enjoy working closely with the teams, can listen, clearly articulate expectations, and make decisions. Experience with children and adolescents with cognitive impairments and mental disorders is an advantage.
