Workshop Manager 80-100%
What you will do with us
You lead and coordinate the Affoltern workshop together with the operations manager.
You support the 8 mechanics and the technical all-rounder with demanding tasks.
You organize, plan, and monitor the workshop processes.
You are a competent contact person for our external and internal customers.
You assist with maintenance and repairs of various aerial work platforms and vehicles.
What you bring (besides motivation and humor)
Basic mechanical training, ideally with additional training as a diagnostician
Good knowledge in the fields of control, electronics, hydraulics, and mechanics
Initial leadership experience in a similar role
Good IT user skills, as you will use the keyboard more often than the screwdriver
A valid driver's license of category B (Category C? Jackpot!)
