Foreman in Paving Construction
Work location: Ebikon
Your tasks:
Independent management and organization of road construction and paving work
Leadership and coordination of employees on the construction site
Planning and organization of daily workflows, machinery, and materials
Professional installation of rolled asphalt together with our paving team
Execution and supervision of road construction work, edge finishes, and paving work
Implementing staking and surveying work according to plan
Ensuring quality, deadlines, and occupational safety
Creating daily reports and measurements
Coordination with construction management, site management, suppliers, and subcontractors
Active participation on the construction site
Your profile:
Completed training in road or civil engineering, ideally road builder EFZ
Further training as a foreman or site supervisor in civil engineering / road construction or corresponding professional experience
Several years of experience in road and paving construction
Very good knowledge in the installation and processing of rolled asphalt
Experience in leading and organizing construction teams
Good knowledge in handling construction machinery and equipment
Knowledge in staking, surveying, and reading plans
Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented working style
Resilience, flexibility, and assertiveness
Commitment, initiative, and strong team spirit
German language skills at least level B2
Driving license category B
