Individual Shift Scheduling

Individual workload selectable, no night shifts, no split shifts. At least 2 weekends off. Multiple requested days off per month are often considered.

Vacation Plus

At least 5 weeks of vacation for everyone, 6 weeks from the 51st year, 7 weeks from the 61st year.

Training and Further Education

Training and further education are very important to us, the costs and time are covered by the company.

Allowances / Expenses

On weekends and holidays, as well as after 8:00 PM allowances per hour: 7.70Fr./h standby: 10 Fr./h mileage compensation: 1Fr./km for short-term replacements during staff shortages: 100 Fr.
