Your impact in this role

• As the Head of Department, you bear the technical and commercial overall responsibility for one of our installation departments. Together with your team of around 35 employees, you will realize demanding projects in the field of residential construction as well as in related areas – from the initial planning to successful handover.

• The development of your department is particularly close to your heart. You promote and support your employees in their professional and personal development and create a motivating work environment that inspires peak performance.

• You maintain existing customer relationships and further expand the regional network. Through your competence and commitment, you gain the trust of our customers and ensure that Selmoni is valued as a reliable partner in the region.

• With your overview and foresight, you ensure that the department continues to grow and that its projects are realized economically and technically at the highest level. You represent Selmoni at trade fairs and events and actively contribute your expertise to the further development of our services.

These skills distinguish you

• Completed basic education in electrical engineering

• Completed further training as an electrical project manager in installation and safety

• Degree as a federal certified electrical installer

• A business management qualification is a plus and helps you further develop the department on a commercial level.

• Fluent in German and enjoy contact with people from different language regions. English skills are welcome but not a must.
