We are a non-profit organization in the field of outpatient medical care. With over 170 employees, we are one of the most significant institutions in Swiss addiction medicine. Thanks to our integrated care approach, we offer comprehensive treatment in the areas of psychiatry, psychotherapy, general internal medicine, infectious diseases, and social work. We accompany our patients respectfully and on equal terms.

To strengthen our department of social work, we are looking for you starting from 1.12.2026 or by agreement: an engaged and humorous personality.

Your tasks

• You are responsible for advising and supporting our demanding patients in social issues and problems.

• Conducting individual case assistance.

• Clarifications and interventions in the areas of securing existence, asserting social insurance claims, debt counseling, support in the administrative area, advice and support in dealing with authorities, as well as reintegration measures.

• Networking and collaboration with external specialist agencies.

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree in social work and several years of professional experience in social work, preferably in clinical social work, as well as good knowledge of the Swiss social insurance system.

• Openness and acceptance of our non-abstinence-oriented treatment offer.

• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration in our teams.

• Ability to work independently and autonomously, as well as high flexibility and resilience.

• Further training as a practical trainer is an advantage.

• Good English skills and knowledge of other foreign languages are an advantage.

We offer you a regulated 41-hour week from Monday to Friday, as well as 6 weeks of vacation and attractive conditions with the pension fund.
