On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Construction Manager for New & Renovations at the Zürich-East location, who takes responsibility and successfully leads construction projects to their goals.

Responsibilities

• Independent management of construction projects

• Preparation of work (AVOR) as well as organization of construction site processes

• Deadline, cost, and quality control

• Coordination of personnel, machinery, and materials

• Billing as well as preliminary and subsequent calculations

Desirable

• Training as a Construction Manager, certified Master Builder, or comparable

• Several years of experience in construction management

• Solid technical and business management knowledge

• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style

• Strong communication skills and assertiveness
