Production Planner & Controller (m/f/d)

The area of responsibility includes the following activities:

• Conducting production planning

• Monitoring capacity and controlling individual work areas and machines

• Customer order disposition / dispatch control

• Detailed planning for the necessary daily rhythm

• Identifying deviations in various phases and initiating measures

• Contributing to the definition of standard times and participating in make or buy decisions

• Managing and adapting dummy orders for capacity planning

• Coordination with strategic procurement, PLP, and development for long lead items

• Preparing key figures and overviews of utilization, productivity, etc.

• Optimizing processes in your own area and participating in internal projects

The ideal qualifications are:

• Completed vocational training in the technical field, further education in process management

• At least two years of professional experience in the metal construction industry or mechanical engineering

• At least two years of experience in production planning and control

• In-depth knowledge of ERP software, Excel applications, and quality management systems

• Very good German and good English skills

• Experience in regulated industries such as aviation, medical technology, automotive, etc.

• Flexible, resilient, and team-oriented
