... accompany the specialist departments in requirement gathering (in workshops, interviews, and process analyses) and specify the requirements, e.g., as user stories, use cases, or process models.
... manage demand management, evaluate and prioritize requirements, and ensure a clean handover to implementation.
... are responsible for project and supplier management – from commissioning and controlling projects to budget, governance, and contract controlling.
... represent the technical interests towards suppliers and contribute to the internalization of external development services.
... coordinate tests and approvals and accompany quality assurance throughout the entire delivery process.
... manage internal stakeholders and work closely with release management – for reliable results and successful releases.

... have completed a degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or a comparable education.
... bring practical experience in requirement gathering and specification (e.g., as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Requirements Engineer).
... possess solid project management skills and are familiar with managing external IT service providers.
... have experience in testing and approvals of custom software as well as ideally in release management.
... know the health insurance industry or are eager to acquire new domain knowledge.
... convince through strong communication skills and assertiveness.
... speak fluent German; English skills are an advantage.
