Your Qualification

• Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF with solid practical knowledge

• Leadership personality with appropriate further education

• Communication skills at all levels

• High commitment, willingness to shape, and initiative

• Knowledge of InterRAI HomeCare

• Driver's license Category B

Your Core Responsibilities

• Implementation of the service mandate of the public Spitex

• Evaluation, consultation, and planning of service needs

• Creation of service deployment planning

• Cooperation with doctors, authorities, and insurers

• Employee management

• Representation of the Spitex organization within the management
