The Aging and Care department of the city of Winterthur offers a diverse range of services primarily for older adults through Spitex and five senior centers. We are looking for a dedicated individual for Spitex Winterthur to start immediately or by arrangement.
Your Tasks
Care and case management of our clients
Initiating care measures and evaluating them in collaboration with case managers
Maintaining care documentation and recording services
Contributing to the implementation of quality standards and care development
Your Profile
Qualification as a Health Specialist EFZ, preferably with Spitex experience
Independent and responsible working style
Proficient in IT programs (MS Office, RAI-HC)
Mobile by bike and in possession of a driver's license
