Creating asset strategies, project specifications, and maintenance guidelines for continuous optimization of availability, safety, and cost-effectiveness
Representing and enforcing these strategies and specifications for all railway technical systems in major projects and specialist committees
Optimizing renewal timings considering technical, safety-related, economic, and regulatory requirements
Determining and planning the medium- and long-term financial needs for operation, maintenance, and renewal of the systems
Managing and coordinating internal and external maintenance specialists
Coordination and collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders

University degree in electrical engineering, a comparable higher education, or proven practical experience in the field of railway power
Ideally experience in asset management and/or low voltage technology
Strong communication and negotiation skills as well as a confident demeanor
