DIPLOMA CONSTRUCTION MANAGER - BUILDING CONSTRUCTION

To strengthen our team, we are looking for immediate or agreed start:

QUALIFIED CONSTRUCTION MANAGER HIGH-RISE

In this versatile and responsible role, you will accompany demanding new construction and renovation projects.

Your tasks

• Execution of the construction project from planning to project completion

• Ensuring safety at the construction site

• Coordination with construction management, clients, planners, and suppliers

• Responsibility for cost, schedule, and quality compliance

• Leadership and support of foremen and construction teams

• Participation in measurement and recalculation

Your profile

• Completed basic training in the main construction trade (EFZ)

• Training as a construction manager SBA or professional experience in this area

• Proficient in MS Office and SORBA

• Independent, organized, and precise working style

• Strong communication and team-oriented personality
