To strengthen our team, we are looking for someone to start immediately or by arrangement:

QUALIFIED CONSTRUCTION MANAGER - BUILDING CONSTRUCTION

In this versatile and responsible role, you will accompany demanding new construction and renovation projects.

Your tasks

• Managing the construction project from planning to project completion

• Ensuring safety on the construction site

• Coordination with construction management, clients, planners, and suppliers

• Responsibility for cost, schedule, and quality compliance

• Leading and supporting foremen and construction teams

• Assisting in measurement and recalculation

Your profile

• Completed basic training in the main construction trade (EFZ)

• Training as a construction manager SBA or professional experience in this field

• Proficient in MS Office and SORBA

• Independent, organized, and precise working style

• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented personality
