Your main area of responsibility includes

• You process customer inquiries and orders via phone, email, online shop, and store, and provide competent advice on the entire IMMER range.

• You create and track quotes, enter customer orders in the ERP, and ensure reliable and timely processing.

• You create calculations for non-stock items and customer-specific solutions and clarify technical questions, availability, and delivery dates.

• You monitor the order process and ensure a smooth flow of goods and information.

• You handle complaints, returns, and credits, and develop suitable solutions together with our customers.

• You support the field service, actively promote the use of the online shop, and contribute your expertise in technical questions.

• You work closely with purchasing, logistics, product management, and specialist teams and support data maintenance in NAV and the online shop.

• If necessary, you assist in training our apprentices.

Your profile

• Completed training as a carpenter or joiner with experience in customer contact

• Sales experience or further training in sales is an advantage

• Experience in timber construction and understanding of our customers' needs and workflows

• Good affinity for machines, tools, and technical products, as well as the ability to develop customer-specific solutions

• Enjoyment of customer contact, consulting, and sales

• Independent, structured, and reliable working style

• Initiative, commitment, and enjoyment of teamwork

• Good IT and ERP user knowledge as well as very good German language skills, both spoken and written
