Lawyer as Notary Deputy 60-100%

The notary office, land registry, and bankruptcy office Goldau of the district of Schwyz is responsible for six municipalities, focusing on real estate transactions, inheritance matters, matrimonial property law, corporate law, and bankruptcy law.

From January 1, 2027 or by agreement, we are looking for a

Female lawyer as notary deputy 60-100 %
Male lawyer as notary deputy 60-100 %

Your main tasks:

• Drafting, editing, and certifying contracts, primarily in property law, but also in matrimonial property and inheritance law (including power of attorney) and corporate law

• Management of the land registry

• Conducting bankruptcy proceedings

• Advising clients, authorities, and other service providers

You bring the following:

• You hold the Schwyz lawyer's license or have the Schwyz eligibility certificate for notaries or possess an out-of-canton lawyer's license and are willing to undergo a corresponding re-examination (interview) in the canton of Schwyz

• You are characterized by a reliable, team-oriented, resilient, and customer-oriented personality

• You work carefully, efficiently, independently, and with a structured approach
