Your tasks at a glance:

• Independent management of accounts receivable and accounts payable

• Maintenance and ongoing updating of master data

• Execution of weekly payment runs and coordination of individual payments

• Reconciliation and control tasks

• Posting of customer payments

• Processing of dunning procedures including coordination of discontinuation processes

• Telephone and written handling of customer inquiries

• Posting of bank transactions and management of the cash book

• Opening and closing of projects according to the specifications of project management

• Participation in quarterly and annual financial statements

• Support in projects and process optimizations

What you bring:

• Completed commercial basic training and/or further training as an accounting officer (or already in training)

• Professional experience in accounting

• Knowledge of Swiss VAT legislation

• Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel; Abacus knowledge is an advantage

• Strong numerical affinity as well as an independent, structured, and precise working style

• Enjoyment of teamwork and contact with internal and external customers

• Fluent German in spoken and written form; additional language skills are an advantage
