Foreman Facade Construction
Your Job
Assisting in the management, coordination, and organization of exciting construction sites in the facade construction sector
Guiding, motivating, and supervising the on-site construction team
Responsible for compliance with quality, deadlines, and safety regulations
Close collaboration with construction management, architects, and subcontractors
Organizing material and equipment deployments as well as maintaining construction documentation
Co-responsibility for an economical and timely execution of the projects
Your Profile
Completed training as a plasterer or bricklayer / career changers with many years of experience in facade construction and further training as a foreman (Swiss or equivalent foreign qualification, or many years of experience)
Several years of professional experience in facade construction
Leadership strength, good organization, and enjoyment of teamwork
Independent, structured, and reliable working style
Technical understanding and good German language skills in conversation and correspondence
Driver's license category B required
