Construction Manager - Facade Construction

Your Job

You manage the assigned construction sites in facade construction from execution to completion.
You take on independent work preparation, scheduling, and execution of demanding facade projects.
You prepare offers, calculate dimensions, conduct follow-up calculations, and manage construction accounting.
You plan personnel deployment as well as materials and negotiate with clients and subcontractors.
You are the central contact person for architects, clients, planners, and suppliers.
You ensure compliance with quality standards as well as safety and environmental regulations.

Your Profile

You have completed basic training in the construction industry (e.g., facade builder, plumber, carpenter, mason) with further training as a construction manager, technician HF, or similar.
Several years of professional experience in construction management, ideally with a focus on facade construction in Switzerland.
In-depth knowledge of Swiss construction legislation, SIA standards, and common industry software (Abacus is an advantage).
You are an organizational talent with negotiation skills, assertiveness, and a solution-oriented working style.
