Your Responsibilities
You will take over the local construction management from the awarding of the contract or submission until project completion.
You will coordinate all contractors involved in the construction throughout the entire project duration.
You will plan and monitor deadlines, quality, and costs for the project sections entrusted to you.
You will lead meetings with internal and external partners, from offer negotiations to billing.
You will act as a competent contact person for clients, architects, specialist planners, authorities, and craftsmen.

Thanks to your training as a federal certified construction manager, technician HF in civil engineering, or a comparable qualification, you bring the technical expertise for demanding construction projects.
You have several years of solid professional experience as a construction manager in Switzerland, ideally in the realization of large projects.
SIA standards are part of your daily life.
You are open to digital working methods and use MS Office and construction administration software (e.g., Provis, Bluebeam, or Dalux) confidently.
In negotiations and the coordination of various stakeholders, you maintain an overview even in high complexity and find pragmatic solutions.
You enjoy working in a team, take responsibility for younger construction managers, and impress with initiative, strong communication skills, and a structured working style.
