As the interface between the office and production, you lead and coordinate our production team, plan orders and personnel deployment proactively, and ensure quality, deadlines, as well as safe and efficient processes. The production management reports directly to the management.

Your tasks

• Personnel and technical management of production with around 20 employees

• Proactive scheduling and efficient personnel deployment planning for optimal utilization of production facilities

• Planning and monitoring the entire flow of goods from raw material to finished product

• Ensuring and continuously developing our high product quality

• Regular coordination with purchasing and sales

• Continuous optimization of production processes using KVP and Lean approaches

• Monitoring of technical systems as well as ensuring operational safety, maintenance, and upkeep of the machinery

• Enforcement and monitoring of occupational safety and SUVA guidelines

Your qualifications

• Completed training in the wood sector, for example as a master carpenter, carpenter EFZ, carpenter EFZ, or comparable

• Leadership experience and practical experience in processing solid wood

• Experience with production logistics or PPS

• Quick understanding, analytical thinking, and good assertiveness

• Structured, reliable working style as well as pronounced organizational skills

• Interest in long-term career planning
